A few weeks ago, we were invited over to attend the Adelaide Rally and we thought why not! We headed over to check out what was another event postponed last year, from COVID-19 lockdowns.
Adelaide Rally 2020 (2021) was finally able to run this week and saw over 300 tour cars, and 100 competition cars take on the beautiful roads of South Australia.
Thank you to Tim Possingham and Adelaide Rally for looking after us. What a spectacular event!
It's always intriguing to see how other organisers run their Tarmac Rally events, Pam and myself are always looking for new ways to improve our events and always try making them unique and different to everything else out there.
After witnessing the camaraderie and excitement of all entrants at Adelaide Rally, we came home with a fire in our belly and much anticipation to get out there and put on the best event we can for Snowy River Sprint in just over 8 weeks time.
With some of the longest competitive stages in Australian Tarmac Rally, and over 320 kilometres of closed road rallying, East Gippsland is ready and waiting for us!
Snowy River Sprint will also now be the debut round of our 2021 Australian Tarmac Rally Championship, after the last minute postponement of Mt Baw Baw Sprint.
Points are up for grabs, and we hope to see you there!
ENTRIES CLOSE FRIDAY 14TH OF MAY.
